Tequila
is made from the fermented and distilled
juices taken from native Mexican Agave plants. Because Tequila is the national drink of Mexico, it is heavily regulated by Mexican law to ensure the integrity of the beverage. By Mexican law, Tequila can be produced from only the Blue Agave. Also, Tequila can be produced only in specifically designated geographic areas, primarily the state of Jalisco in west-central Mexico.

HOW TO CHOOSE:
Blanco is more harsh with the bold flavors of the
distilled agave up front, while reposado and anejo are smoother, subtler, and more complex.
